Beginning Teacher Series: Ready, Set, Reset!

Ready, Set, Reset is the Beginning Teacher Series event to help guide you into the second half of the school year. You've made it through your first semester, and that's no small thing! By January, the excitement of year one has met the reality of routines that need adjusting, systems that need tightening, and confidence that's still being built. This one-day interactive workshop is designed for you to pause, reset, and move into the second half of the year with clearer structures and renewed focus. Together, we'll revisit classroom routines, strengthen instructional strategies, plan for more student ownership, and use reflection tools to build habits.

• Review Session 1-3 material, develop ideas further from each session, and address questions.
• Develop reflection habits to guide the decision-making process.
• Strengthen student agency and how to implement in the classroom.
