Our 2026 event lineup is now live. Take a look!

21st Annual Teacher Leadership Institute: Every Student. Every Vision. Every Voice.

Educational communities thrive when every teacher leader’s voice and vision contribute to the whole learning community, impacting every student’s success. This year’s institute invites you to discover your unique place in education’s evolving landscape and add your distinct piece to the profession’s shared masterpiece.

Through inspiring keynotes, collaborative workshops, and meaningful networking, you’ll experience how every voice matters and every vision shapes the future of student learning.

Day One: Every Vision — Building a Foundation for Collaboration and Learning

The evolving landscape of education demands that we listen to every voice and honor every vision, even when perspectives differ. True collaboration begins when we stretch beyond our comfort zones and engage deeply with one another because every student’s success depends on our ability to work together.

We’ll spend the day together with internationally recognized author and consultant Jennifer Abrams, exploring what it means to grow as educators and as human beings in this dynamic environment. Her sessions will guide us in strengthening our collaborative capacity and resilience so that every voice can contribute to the collective vision.

Stretching at Our Collaborative Edges

In a time of constant change, how do we evolve as both professionals and people? Jennifer introduces adult developmental theory and five focused strategies from her book Stretching Your Learning Edges: Growing (Up) at Work. You’ll learn practical ways to expand your collaborative capacity and become an even better team member - ensuring that every voice matters.

Having Hard Conversations

Leadership means tackling tough topics with courage and care. This session equips you with planning and scripting tools to approach challenging conversations in ways that foster growth and respect. When we communicate effectively, we create space for every voice to be heard and every vision to be valued.

Building Resiliency: What Does It Take?

How do we stay centered when chaos strikes? Jennifer will share strategies for managing emotional pollution, self-regulating under pressure, and celebrating resilience. By strengthening ourselves, we ensure that every student benefits from educators who lead with clarity and confidence.

Day Two: Every Voice — Choice Sessions That Center Impact

On the second day, the spotlight turns to teacher leaders from the Arizona TeacherSolutions Team®, whose voices and visions are shaping the future of education across our state. You’ll have the freedom to choose from a variety of dynamic sessions, each designed to spark fresh thinking and provide practical strategies for your classroom and leadership role.

These sessions are built on the belief that when every voice is heard and every vision is shared, we create stronger learning communities that impact every student’s success.

You’ll leave with:
